Full-stack online clearance portal that replaced a staff-availability-dependent paper process with multi-department approvals, document submission, and visible progress tracking.

Overview
Student clearance at Bowen University required physically visiting up to 12 different departments across campus to collect signatures — a process that could take days and was entirely dependent on the availability of individual staff members.
The Clearance Portal moved this process online, allowing students to track their clearance progress in real-time and departments to process requests on their own schedule.
