Overview
AAALadder—short for All About Agriculture—was a platform concept for agricultural education and collaborative investment, connecting farmers, investors, and agricultural experts.
Concept
The platform addressed a gap in the Nigerian agricultural sector: many smallholder farmers had the knowledge and land but lacked access to capital, while many potential investors lacked trusted channels for agricultural investment.
AAALadder aimed to bridge that gap through structured investment pools, educational content on agricultural practices, and a community forum for knowledge sharing.
Status
The PHP/MySQL MVP reached external testers with working account registration and payment flows. Development paused because of funding constraints, though the concept may be revisited. The work provided practical experience in modelling a multi-stakeholder investment platform without presenting the MVP as a production service.
